Short Tour of our factory

 

 

After receiving the LED dice from our suppliers and conducting our own receiving quality checks, we start the packaging process by adjusting our dice pick-and-place machines so that the dice can be picked and placed in the lead-frame's cups and bonded with die attach epoxy.

Then once the dice has been placed in the lead-frames, we run the lead-frames through the wire bonding machine.
