In this area the lead-frames are dipped into to the lens molds and then ran through one of our curing ovens. |

|
After complete curing, parts are visually inspected, tested, and separated. Defective parts (electrically and cosmetically) are discarded. |
|
|
Parts are then ran through the sorting (binning) machines. |
