The sorting (binning) machine is controlled by a PLC and the data stored into a PC. Several sorting parameters can be selected. This step serves as a secondary testing stage as well. |

These are the famous "bins" in which the sorted parts fall into as they are measured and thus where the term "binning" originates. |
|
|
Sorted (binned) parts are then moved into a temporary location before they are placed into bags or other delivery options available. |
